• Location - it was close to everything.
• Room was too hot and the toilet wouldn't quit leaking water.

• Staff was unorganized and did not take responsibilities for mistakes. Somewhat rude.

• Patched holes in wall in the bed room.

• 2 bad things: train blowing horn near by & bug on bed.

“Very pleased, friendly staff, weekend breakfast (free with room) was better than expected, chili's delivers for free, big room! Very happy with the stay.”

• I loved the tile in the bathroom.
• I wished the staff would have been friendlier.
