• Had a good continental breakfast.
• No heat on in room and room freezing on arrival.

“Room would have been fine; had fridge and microwave and was clean. However, the heat was totally off on our arrival on a cold night when the outside temp was below freezing, the room temp seemed about the same. We turned on the heat and jumped into bed with our clothes on. By morning, the room was bearable, but far from toasty.”

• It was just what we needed for the price.
• The toilet did not flush well. My husband said it was worrisome.

• Clean pool mostly friendly staff.
• Dirty rooms.

“We stayed in this hotel prior to moving to the area. The hotel is very family friendly and the pool is wonderful. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There was food from previous guests under the beds and behind the tables. We also bought our own bleach cleaner to clean the tub because it was black with mold on the sides and walls. The cleaning staff tried to clean it better but, did not have proper cleaners. The people in the room next to ours moved because of mold on the ceiling. One of the staff was staying in the hotel and they were not made to adhere to the pet rules as they were allowed to let their rottweiler roam without a leash. Most of the staff is friendly with a few exceptions. The restaurant is permanently closed even though it's showing as a feature of the hotel.”
