• The entire staff was friendly and very nice.
• Nothing.

• It was clean and the beds were comfy.
• The bathroom was
  very small.

“The room was very small, but the beds were comfy and the room was clean. An overnight stay is fine here, but wouldn't stay for an extended period.”

• Above average included breakfast.
• In need of remodel.

“This hotel was a bit unappealing at first sight. The location was not in the best part of town and was situated next to a private home with a cage of dogs. The hotel seems to be leaning quite a bit. The rooms even include plaques stating that the floors are uneven. All this considered, though, we would return because all of the staff we encountered (two front desk people and one maid) were very friendly. That, to us, is the most important part of a hotel visit.”

• Clean, convenient and served the purpose and need. I would stay here again. Room had a microwave and fridge.
• Microwave and fridge sat on floor which would not be convenient for regular use. Fridge did cool my beverages though.

“As expected, I would stay here again. Met my needs of a decent bed, clean room and bathroom. Shops, restaurants and gas near by.”

• The location was great, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

“Although our stay was short, my 6 year old granddaughter and I had a great experience here. The location is great, close to everything you would ever want to do. The grounds were well kept and the pool area very clean. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I will certainly stop there again.”

• A warm greeting from the receptionist, breakfast bar was fresh and adequate.
• Bathrooms too small, room dreary.

“Room was a good size, bathroom way too small, toilet seat sliding off, should have been fixed, room not cheerful, but was adequate for a fast stay-over along the route. A few miles off the main road, but easy to find and the town was really pretty. Would probably stay again if passing through but not for more than one night. Breakfast bar was fresh and adequate.”

• Friendly staff and convenient location.
• Uneven floor, miniscule & unclean bathroom.

“The room itself was fairly clean, although there were stains on the furniture. The bathroom was so tiny, that you could not close the door when using the toilet. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They offered a continental breakfast that we did not eat as it consisted of very dry bagels and English muffins and the Danish appeared unappetizing.”

• Close to the highway easy on and off.
• Did not work for the guest comfort, but for their.

“At first we were please until we did not have heat and the toilet ran over. Called the front desk and they could not do anything for us. They did bring more towels for us to clean, but not for them. We stop here because of the winter storm and ice and had a family member back home. We had stayed with Days Inn before and prefer them, but this one was a let down.”

• Didn't like much, good TV channels.
• Plain room, unattractive.

“The one I stayed at on the way down South a few days before had a heated pool, hot tubs a hot breakfast and a gorgeous room. This one had no food; I ended up at a supermarket because other food places had closed. It was a mile and half off the ramp and hard to find.”

• Flexible and kind, during x-mas eve and x-mas day.
• No complaints.

“I stayed here to spend x-mas eve with my daughter. The room was clean, the front desk person was kind and never reflected if she was disappointed to be working over x-mas. I was able to have food delivered from the menus provided. I would gladly stay here again.”

• Clean room and comfortable beds.
• Older motel looked older.

“I usually stay at 3 star hotels. This motel was fine for just stopping on a long trip for the night. Older motel but our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was adequate. I was with my teenage son so room ok, not sure if wife would have liked it, probably ok for just the one night. Fine for price I bid.”

• It was quiet, clean, safe, bright lights for reading, etc.
• The room smelled of mold and mildew, mold was apparent behind bed stand and bed.

“It was too far off I 81. Our room smelled really bad and there was fuzzy dust behind the bed stand on the molding. The front desk provided excellent customer service and was willing to change our room. I used the motels spray when I left for work the next morning and it worked, but I couldn't get the fuzzy stuff out of my mind. This is definitely not and the continental breakfast was too sparse. We ate elsewhere.”

• We could park outside the door of our room.
• Location was not good. Bad side of town!

“It was not well lit. Staff was very friendly but not well dressed or groomed. No restaurant in the hotel. The hotel was not in the best location. It was in what I would describe as the bad part of town. I would have felt somewhat unsafe if not for the fact that many other travelers were staying there also and that I was not alone. But I can't complain to much it we just need it for a break in driving for the night. I was disappointed that I could not get a good meal in the hotel.”
