• Too close to the I90.

• This hotel is old with not much to like about it.
• This hotel is older and does not offer much at any price anymore.

“You booked us at the Holiday Inn Batavia, NY not the Hampton Inn. We would have liked to stay at the Hampton instead. We were not satisfied with our stay at the Holiday Inn, Batavia NY. Next time I would try a different hotel!!!”

• Staff were pleasant and courteous.

“I would recommend this hotel for any traveler. The rooms were neat and clean, the pool is very accessible, the gym as well. Breakfast had something for everyone and was very convenient.”

• Pillows! They need down ones!
