• Easy to find.
• Didn't have our reservation for the second night we stayed.

“The hotel was easy to find. They only had a king smoking room. I'm allergic to smoke so this room was very hard to stay in. Then the next day when we came back to the room, our key wouldn't work. I went to the reception desk and found that they had checked us out. It took about 30 minutes to get into our room. They needed my reservation, credit card, and driver's license to get me back in the room. I was going to throw the reservation paper away after the first night but thankfully I didn't. Luckily our stuff was still in the room but the room hadn't been cleaned. We were too tired by then to even care.”

• Staff is excellent.
• No elevator for handicap persons, exterior entrance to rooms.

“I would stay again, it is right next to the outlet mall. Staff were all exceptional.”

• Convenient location, price was good, nice breakfast area.

“Good hotel for price, friendly staff. Room had some peeling wallpaper near the baseboard but room was clean and it did not affect the comfort. Close by movie theater, restaurants, shopping and major interstate.”

• Location and room furnishings, price/value.

“Decent value, but had run out of milk for breakfast cereal by 8 AM and within 45 minutes it had not materialized! I was about to skip out and go buy some from Gas Station down the road as young daughter was upset, but another guest offered some from a cooler, she traveled with. No excuse for not being prepared for a simple breakfast or making amends right away.”

• Clean room; right off interstate; free breakfast.
• Breakfast seating area was crowded; cabinet door was off hedges and sitting on floor.

“Hotel was conveniently located and had very attractive curb appeal. Pool looked nice but we arrived to late to use it. Breakfast selections were limited and not a lot of seating. The breakfast area did have a waffle iron but the wait was too long to use it.”
