• Very pleasant, staff was very helpful and the
  location was a great plus.
• The smoke in the hallway, need more ventilation on the smokers floor.

• Lobby was nice and also the bathrooms were clean.
• The facility came across dirty and unkept. Elevator lobby's and elevators felt gross. The hotel as a hole needs a remodel and NOT cheap updates.

“I felt as if I was staying in a low income motel. It was not worth the money ($100). Also, after registering for a non smoking room I received a Smoking room. Staff was very generous and accommodating to resolve. The rooms felt bare and dirty even though they were clean. Bathrooms felt very clean and updated. Hallways and elevators lobbies also not need help in making them feel more welcoming and clean.”

• It was awful we did not stay there.
• Dirty, broken elevators, no security, no, parking a rip off.

“We arrived at 11 to find they had no parking, no keys, and it was filthy, security doors were open to the public and the elevators were not working, I got trapped in one. We left even though it was late...they also said the room was not paid for and were going to charge us for the room again...at the same rate...which is now seeming to be the norm, we have just checked into a hotel. ”
