• Good location.
• Moldy urine smell and bedbugs.

“Good location. That is all I can say that's good. Filthy, smelly room and I got bitten by bedbugs. The only reason we didn't leave was a driving thunderstorm, no phone directory in the room to get another hotel, and the late hour. Don't stay here.”

• The desk clerk was helpful.
• Maintenance man in our bed watching TV.

“After check-in, we went to our room. The maintenance man was laying on one of the double beds watching TV. He said it was ok because he was the maintenance man. We returned to the front desk and told them about the incident and we didn't want to stay there. The desk clerk said no problem, she understood and put in for a refund (we haven't got it yet). She also said she would take care of the issue right away. She had given me her name and number if there is a problem with the refund.”

“Very good hotel. Me and my friends stopped by in the middle of the night to rest and the staff were nice and hotel was clean that we stayed a few more nights.”

“Great Location. Absolutely the best. The Manager was very courteous and had directions to almost anywhere in town. The staff were extra friendly and the rooms were worth the money. I had a great experience with them and I am likely to return there for my hotel needs another time.”

• We got 1st floor accomodations which we needed and staff was kind and helpful.
• The room was not too clean. Especially the bathroom. It seemed that it had not been cleaned.

“It is a decent place to stay with conveniences such as a restaurant and continental breakfast. Finding it however, was difficult. The instructions in the AAA guidebook were not easy to understand. We got lost and had to make 2 phone calls to the hotel in order to find it. Even with map in hand, it was difficult to find for out-of-towners such as us.”

• The location of the hotel was excellent and the air conditioner worked well.
• The toilet was clogged. There was no hot water. It took them 30 minutes to find a room for us.

“My wife and I were very displeased with the facility. While the room was neat and relatively clean, the toilet was clogged and drained very slowly. During the eve and morning of our stay, there was no hot water. This was true for a whole block of rooms and we should have been informed upon check in.”

• Localtion is great and the hotel is clean. Not bad for a one star hotel.
• Wish I could pay less in this area, for a one star hotel or get a higher star quality for the price I paid.
