• The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location.
• The room was not up to standards.

“This hotel by far was the worse I have ever been placed in. I will no longer use Garner has part of my criteria.”

• it was clean
• The bed pillows were too small. The bed also would not stay on the frame.

“For a 1 star it was good, but the bed would not stay on the frame and the pillows were not close to being a standard pillow size. They were like small , thin, decorative pillows. Was not a comfortable nights sleep.”

• Simple place to stay. All I needed.
• No maid service. No double bed.

“If you need no frills, cheap clean place this is it. Don't expect any more than that. Room did have cable and kitchenette, but no double beds.”

• Location was near to the facility I was meeting in the next day.

“ For the price, you really can go a long way with these places if you know what to expect up front. In general, if you know about the place, you will know what to bring with you, such as an extra pillow!!”

“It was nicer than I expected. The location was perfect for our purposes and the front desk clerk was exceptionally kind and helpful. What more could a person ask for, except maybe a cup of coffee?”
