• Great staff
  and very comfortable rooms/beds.
• They charged for WiFi and didn't have a free continental breakfast.

• the hotel was very clean well decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. just a really nice place to stay.

• Slightly out-of-the-way location.

• Excellent beds, linens, bathrooms, decor. Love the new look. Applaud their efforts to be green with guest options on linens, towels.
• Room was by elevator with tiled floor which made it loud as rude folks got off the elevator during the night.

“Raleigh's Hilton North is an excellent stay. The new look is sophisticated comfort, and the new beds and high-quality linens make for excellent resting. Room service is tasty, well-presented and generous for the price. We will definitely return!”

• Very clean, beds and pillows are wonderful, close to freeway and many resturants.
• Wireless internet only available for a fee.

• The room was spacious with great 42 inch flat screen TV. The bathroom was nice & the staff very friendly.
• No drawbacks during my stay.

“Great hotel in a convenient location to restaurants and shopping at Crabtree mall. Airport ride was only 15 minutes away. Great bed, TV, and workspace.”

• Ample, free parking.
• Star level didn't meet expectations, not located in downtown.

“Wanted to stay in downtown Raleigh so that I could walk around and visit museums and tourist attractions. Disappointed that the hotel was not located in the downtown area proper. It was a 7-10 minute drive to downtown. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Renovations have been made to the hotel.”
