• Good location, and met all my needs.
• The entire hotel needs to be a WiFi hot spot, not just in the lobby.

“I liked everything about this hotel. If there were WiFi in every room instead of just the lobby, it would be perfect. I had a good stay.”

• too sprawled out, LONG walk from desk to room to car, which was not convenient

• It was average.

“Nice and normal Courtyard. If you expect to get decent internet access, stay away. The whirlpool is underwhelming and the pool is shallow. Plenty of decent food nearby so no need to eat the mediocre food available in the hotel.”

• Free internet in room. Free computers in lobby. Free newspapers.
• Called ahead and asked for twin beds. Arrived and were given king beds.

“Hotel was clean. Rooms were large and comfortable. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Had free internet access. Had several computers with internet access in lobby.”

• Location convenient to downtown Raleigh and shopping areas.
• No free breakfast alternative.

“Not up to expected standards for Marriott. Rooms were clean and hotel was convenient to downtown Raleigh and shopping. Hotel was quite.”

• Broken glass in our bathtub.

• Very fast check in/out; friendly staff.
• Nothing!

“The hotel was very easy to get to off of I-440 (about 2 blocks away). My check in took all of about 2 minutes, and the front desk clerk was very friendly. I got to my room and it was not too hot or too cold, and the room was very clean and attractively decorated. I had read a couple reviews that complained of the bed being too hard or too soft, but mine was just fine. I usually awaken during the night several times when I am in a different bed, but I slept quite soundly. I had a very pleasant experience, and would definitely stay again.”

• Liked the Fire Place room and Lobby area. Clean smell.
• Can't really think of any thing.

“There were five of us in two cars and we were kept together, nice parking area, lovely lobby and even thought we did not eat there it seemed that those who were eating were enjoying their surroundings. The computers and room hook ups were nice.”

• 2 queen size beds, lots of pillows, nice bathroom area.
• $9.99 breakfast buffet, no fridge, no elevator close to rooms if there was one at all.

“Rooms are inside the building. Two queen size beds with no bedspreads, just a decorative throw, which was great since we always remove the bedspread anyway. Quiet room. No elevator close to room if there was one at all. Breakfast buffet was $9.99, so we ate elsewhere. No fridge in the room. It did have a coffee maker. Bathroom was nicely situated.”

“Nice, good location, friendly staff. Lots of highway construction right by the hotel, wouldn't recommend staying there for some time until the work is done. They work 24 hours a day and it's very noisy.”

• Nice room layout, updated linens, nice toiletries.
• Had to connect to the internet via Ethernet cable at desk, no wireless.

“Very pleased with the hotel other than some construction noise about 3 am Monday morning. Pretty quiet, room was very nice, bed comfortable, even had a small fridge.”

• Hotel meet my expectations. I would have preferred a King Bed however.

“Hotel was fine. The staff was friendly however, the drink machine did not take dollar bills and I could only get one soda. Had to go to lobby to purchase and second drink and the lady on duty made me wait more than 5 minutes while she finished typing. Then she simply said, that'll be $2.00 and took my money. She could have done that without making me wait so long. It was late and I wanted to get back to my room. I thought that was rude and inconsiderate of her and showed poor customer service.”
