  • Easy location to downtown Raleigh, but very quiet location. New hotel.
  • Air conditioning units in rooms are loud.

“Very clean and nice rooms and bathrooms. The hotel was quiet and away from traffic. Good continental breakfast. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.”

  • The bathroom is great - spacious, but as a senior the sink is a little high.
  • No refrigerator in the guest room.

“Nice hotel for price.”

  • Extremely comfortable beds and really clean room.

“This room was amazing. We stay in Raleigh once or twice a month for concerts and we've slept at a few different hotels, but this one by far is the best. The king size bed was really comfortable and the room was really clean. The staff was very friendly and polite. The other nice parts to this hotel is that it was right down the street from the concert grounds and it was also located down the street from some good restaurants.”

  • The fitness center had good equipment and water bottles in a refrigerator. Also, our beds had really nice duvet comforters.
  • The hot breakfast consisted of frozen egg items to be microwaved. Long line for only one microwave.

“We would stay at this hotel again.”

  • The staff was the best staff I have ever met. They made up for the fact that the property is a sick building. It was clean, they made fresh cookies.
  • Very large bugs (cockroaches), moldy mildew smell throughout due to building sweat. Dehumidifier was installed in every room.

“This is a relatively new property with the most outstanding staff I have ever encountered. They made up for the fact that the hotel has a major humidity problem. The carpets are wet, there are moisture loving bugs everywhere, but it is clean. And I am a hardcore camper who seeks out hard living conditions. I never complain. So, great management who bought a bad building. They are doing the best they can in the face of adversity.”

  • Excellent breakfast buffet and beverage are.
  • Did not have Jacuzzi, as mentioned on your site.

“The hotel was well located and had easy access to major roadways. The staff was helpful. The best feature was the included breakfast buffet with hot entrees, fruit, cereal, juice and pastries. There was a 24-hour beverage area with coffee, tea, and cocoa mix available. There was an outdoor pool, but no Jacuzzi.”
