• Very close to a lot of things to do.
• We got lost several times trying to find our room.

• Location to airport.
• Overpriced to neighboring hotel for overnight air travel.

“For an airport hotel no early breakfast. Room okay but not special. Road construction limits easy access. Help was very gracious and inspired. Bedding was tattered and worn.”

• Great location to shopping, central to other big malls.
• The room might have been a little small.

“When we arrived, they had no record that we had paid and still took a credit card number. The following morning we wanted to sort it out, but they couldn't seem to do it. This after Ive given them the printed receipt. It wasn't a major problem; they did sort it out eventually.”

• The friendliness of the staff.
• Internet service down and no airport shuttle.

“I was very disappointed with this hotel. I could have paid 39.95 and got the service I received here. I am a writer and the internet is extremely important it was down. Also they are within miles of the buffalo airport and they didn't provide internet service.”

• Major draft blew in around door, highway noise excessive.

“Paid too much for this hotel. It was very noisy with the highway along side and as noted the cold air blowing in the door frame was terrible.”

“Hotel is on the service drive adjacent to the westbound NY Thruway I-90. It was easy to see and located off of a main through fare which offered much to do in the way of movies shopping and proximity to Niagara Falls. Great inexpensive location.”

• Excellent continental breakfast provided along with free newspaper.
• There's nothing I disliked.

“Clean rooms with a very nice continental breakfast provided. Free newspaper and a computer station provided in lobby for internet access. They have a nice small heated pool which the kids will like.”

“The door of your room goes outside - no hallway. I was there in the winter and the seal around the door was non-existent. The heater was on and off all night long. The walls are thin and I could hear each of the other guests as well as the foot and car traffic outside. The rooms are very small.”

• Room doors facing the outside.

“Nice enough - for an overnight quick stay. Didn't like the doors facing the outside of the building, but in general, good enough for a stop over stay.”

• The room I was in was by the door and constantly heard it slam all night long.

• Clean and comfortable.
• A lot of cold air was coming into room through door seal.

“I was not happy about finding a letter addressed to a "silver member" on the bed when I entered the room. I had reserved a room a week in advance of my stay and yet this letter welcoming this person and asking him to "meet the Gen Mgr at breakfast" the next morning was on MY BED! I was very offended at this, as no one invited ME personally to come and meet the GM at breakfast, in fact I had to ASK when breakfast was offered and where, as the hotel lobby is under construction. I had to ask where the pop and ice machines were located also. I spoke with the GM the next morning and he just looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights and didn't know what to say! I was very turned off by this.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• Out door hallways on a cold Buffalo night. Ugly lobby. Poor, cramped breakfast facilities. No amenities.

• Just a short drive to the airport.
• Road noise permeates the building and the entrance and exit is not clearly defined.

“It was worth the price that I paid to spend one night. I couldn't take advantage of the continental breakfast because I had to leave at 6:30 a.m. and it didn't start until 7:00 a.m. The staff was friendly when I asked them how to turn on the heat in the room because it was a little chilly. The wireless internet worked fine. The Cracker Barrel is less than one minute away and the Regal Cinemas are close, too. I'd stay there again in a minute.”

• Good location. Not bad quality compared to some others in the region.
• Proximity to highway.

“Although this is not a stellar hotel, it is better than quite a few of the others in the Buffalo Airport region. It is quite close to the airport and to the shopping. It is close to the highway, and the traffic noise can be a problem, so try to call the hotel to request a room on the side away from the highway.”
