• It had a kitchen.
• No oven and no shampoo.

“Room was cozy, tub did not drain well. Woman at front desk was friendly at check in but when I called to ask for shampoo ( I forgot mine) she said she was out and would have to get some but made no move to say she would so she was not helpful in that event. Would stay there again.”

“I have enjoyed my stay here, but it's a little cramped. A bigger room would have been really nice but couldn't afford to pay what they were asking for the upgrade.”

• Very affordable, great kitchen, practical overall.
• No complaints.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. I was there for 3 months, and overall have no complaints. This price was affordable, and the room had all the amenities I needed the most. I would definitely stay there again.”

• In a safe area, close to Crabtree mall and north Raleigh
• The pillows were small and hard :(

• The office was closed when we got there, could not stay.

“Did not have a late night check in you are screwed if you do not get there before 11pm, and they cheat you out of your money because even at 10:45pm, accepted a reservation.”

• It had a bed and a shower.
• It wasn't touched by cleaning staff and no clean towels/shampoo after the first day.

“This is a hotel that also lodges folks in need of housing. It was a place to sleep.”

• That the lobby closed at 11:00pm.

• The hotel was very orderly.
• Air was out in room and clerk made no effort to resolve we had to stay on top of her for another room.

“There was a situation with the A/C in the room not working when the clerk made no effort to resolve my complaint other than suggesting we slept with the windows open which was completely unacceptable. She make no effort to call me back I felt I was totally disregarded until I physically went and insisted on another room she said they only had 3 rooms left but did finally give me another but did not seem very happy about it.”

• The location was fine.
• The room was nasty.

“The room was not clean at all, I had to take a hand towel and wipe the bathroom floor off before we could walk on it. The bathtub was not clean nor was the room itself. We wouldn't walk on the floor without shoes at all because it wasn't clean at all. Friends of my applied for a 2star hotel and stayed at the Fairfield Marriot in Raleigh which I have stayed there before my self. I would give the Fairfield a 10 and this one a 1.”

• This hotel was by far the poorest quality I have ever seen.
• The first room was not made up or had maid service since the last person stay.

“This hotel did not met my standards for a level two hotel. It was not clean after seeing three rooms. One that had not been serviced at all unmade bed just a dirty room, second room had a very small bed. the final room closet door was torn off the hinges, the safety lock ripped off the door. So it was not secure. Just a horrible experience at this hotel. ”

• I liked that it had a kitchen.
• Room was dirty, no pots and pans, towels smelled.

“The room we got was dirty and had hair on the sink. The room had a kitchen but there were no pots or pans to use. The front desk took 2 hours to get them. the towels smelled like urine. I notified front desk and they camped me an additional night.”

• Inexpensive and practical.
• No parking. Limited housekeeping.

“My room was very nice but others complained that theirs was not clean. Stayed for 11 days, but room was only cleaned once. They took our towels while I was gone and did not replace them. Had to go to the office twice for coffee and sugar and towels. No parking. It was however practical, good location.”
