• Access to work, restaurant on site.
• Dirty glasses outside room when arrived and left.

• Central location from Durham, chapel hill, and downtown Raleigh.
• The bed was too hard. The food was a little on the strange side.

“This hotel would be good if you are in and out in one day. I wouldn't recommend it for someone looking to stay a week or so. Its a bit overpriced in my opinion for just a bed and a few channels of cable. But the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The food from the hotel restaurant was not so good. The meat was over cooked each time, the salads were mushy, and there were ants in the salt shaker.”

• Very nice inside, better than it looked from outside.
• I don't consider this to be in the Crabtree area.

• Clean room, friendly staff, conveniently located.
• Flat single pillow, rock hard mattress.

“Since a room is rented to sleep in, I would have to say that the bed comfort rates high on the list of expectations in a hotel. This hotel fell severely short in this respect. Not only was the bed hard as a rock, the flat pillow didn't help. Other than the bed situation this was a nice economical hotel stay and if they updated the mattresses I would come back.”

• Location.
• Room was non-smoking. But reeked of smoke residue.

“Poor. Showers ed. Water went from scalding hot to ice cold without moving the knob. No water pressure. Taking a shower was a nightmare. The room reeked of smoke from years of smoking in it. The heater unit was too loud to sleep with. The iron was filthy and rusty. The toilet sounded like it ran all night. ”
