• Continental breakfast was +. Fresh fruit & coffee 24/7.

“Staff was great. Waffles for breakfast was super, along with the rest of the breakfast. They have fresh fruit in the lobby 24/7, which was welcomed after a long drive from Montreal. It is also very close to expressway to Niagara Falls.”

• Quiet and clean, good location.
• Clothes bar in room was close to ground. Good thing I didn't have a long coat or dress.

“I was very happy with this hotel. It was just what I wanted. Not too far from where I needed to be, courteous staff, and most of all, clean and quiet. I didn't have the complimentary breakfast, but it looked very good.”

• Could have gotten a cheaper rate through hotel itself.

• Very clean with large shower that had up to date facilities.
• It is currently under construction and was noisy cause our room was close to the renovations.

“I would definitely stay here on my next visit to the same location. Very clean and great price for budget savvy people. Would recommend above other hotels in the area.”

• You could make your own waffles for breakfast.
• The parking big time no where to park. They were doing construction too it smelled like fumes.

“Parking fumes where in the lobby and the elevator. There was wet paint everywhere mud everywhere in the parking lot. The bathroom tub had hair in it. The maids were rude. The lobby people were rude too.”

• One of the front counter staff had no idea what she was doing!

“It served its purpose as a place to stay. It is clean and function able, in a reasonable location. If I was going to the area again and had to stay over, I would stay there.”

• Helpful employees.
• Metal pipe on bed frame cut me.

“Overall, I¿d have to say this hotel was excellent. The employees were friendly and helpful, and really knew the area to direct us. The _only_ problem was that a metal pipe was sticking out from the bed frame. I found it late at night as I was getting in bed, so I didn't call. In the morning, I told the desk person and she sent someone to fix it immediately. Great service, clean rooms.”

• Perfect location for our needs, great places to eat within walking distance. easy to find.
• Heat was unbearably oppressive in lobby, breakfast room, elevator, corridors. poor TV channel selection, hair dryer didn't work.

“Great location, wonderful places to eat within walking distance. The heat and humidity was unbearable in he hotel except in our room, where we had to turn the AC to the max and keep it there during our stay. The breakfast buffet looked lovely, but it was so hot and crowded in the breakfast room that we could not bear to go in except to grab a quick coffee and flee. If this had not been an issue our stay would have been much more enjoyable. A better variety of TV channels would also have been a plus. I am an insomniac when I travel, and having my favorites to watch-Food Network, TCM, Comedy Central-would have been nice.”
