• Close to airport and has park, with clean rooms and friendly staff.
• Not a thing.

“When traveling out of buffalo airport, what do you really need ? A clean room a fast breakfast an pleasant staff. This hotel gives you all that plus lets you park and fly with a great shuttle service.”

• Not a lot I can praise.
• Terrible service and construction on my room.

“This was the worst experience traveling I have ever had, the staff is poorly trained and not looking to help the customer. My rooms floor was wet, never received my wake up call and workers were breaking the bricks from around my window, could never recommend this hotel.”

• Noisy AC in room.

• My room was very good with sound proofing.
• Breakfast area along with the breakfast.

“Close to the airport. Room was very good with sound proofing. Only heard people in the hallway occasionally. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very small. Staff was friendly enough. The breakfast area is lousy. You have to pass through it to get to the rooms and the gym/spa area. Area is not big enough to handle the amount of people checking out in the morning.”

• Close to the Airport and free shuttle service to and from airport.
• Breakfast was good, but not enough time to enjoy when you leave at 4:30 am.

“Very nice and front desk clerk accommodating and helpful. Clean room for the money and comfortable beds.”
