• The room was a great price for the size of the room.
• There was not to much of anything that I did not like.

• The rooms were very accommodating.
• The sign in clerk, could not read my name, so I had to go get paperwork, and then he saw it.

“The hotel rooms were beautiful, the pool in villa 2 was not that great, the location of having to cross a street with children was not at all helpful. I appreciated the washer and dryer, and two bathrooms greatly, with my children on the trip. ”

• I appreciated a covered parking area, in that the car stayed cool.
• We had a major plumbing problem.

“The staff was generally nice, but as I said we had a plumbing issue. I thought I was getting an ocean front (or at least an ocean view), instead we had a marsh view. The staff told me when I arrived that this often happens when you book on line. As a result, I am not sure I will book on line in the future.”

• Location was central to places we visited.
• Was charged for Beachfront and received swamp front.

“I chose to pay $40 extra per night to be on the beach and was given a room across the street with a swamp view. Hotel tried to charge me again for my stay. Cost me over an hour of my time to get this fixed. When checking out they again tried to charge me for my stay. Someone needs to get their act together. I feel that the $40 per night should be refunded.”
