• The microwave, fridge, and internet.
• The eggs at breakfast and the malfunction of magnetic keys.

“Nice amenities. You can save money by bringing your own food and drink. Large space with dining area. However, it was very cold when we were there and we froze outside while trying to enter the back door because our magnetic keys did not work. Eggs at breakfast were not edible. Also, it took a long time for our room to warm up.”

• Easy to get in and out of and free continental breakfast.
• The room was not as clean as other comfort suite hotels I have stayed.

“The hotel worked for what I needed. Just a place to stay along the way from Columbus, oh to Cooperstown, NY. It met my expectations and provided continental breakfast for free. It may not have been as nice as some of the other Comfort Suites I have been (Indianapolis, IN, Newport, KY), it was a reasonable value.”

• Very clean. Room was quite spacious. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. Overall, good experience.
• No elevators.

“I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was. The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel again.”

• Great continental breakfast!
• No elevator!

“Hotel is very conveniently located to airport and Walden Galleria. Wonderful continental breakfast! Facilities looked nice but did not have a chance to use them since we were only here for one night. Rooms were clean and bright. One drawback is no elevator. I realize there are only two floors but lugging heavy bags up stairs was not fun at all.”

• Great location for shopping, very friendly staff.
• Pool area too humid with unpleasant smell, no elevator.

“We enjoyed our stay. Good size rooms with nice sitting area. Great location for shopping with very friendly staff. Rooms not very sound proof, a lot of very early noise.”

• It is convenient to transportation (airport/train).
• The staff was rude, didn't care about me and made it clear.

“The hotel itself looks nice, but looks can be deceiving. The first room given to me had not been cleaned by housekeeping yet, so back down to the lobby to get a new room. They didn't believe me and actually accompanied me back to the room to see that it was in fact not clean. Not a good start. Then I got a clean room that was in pretty good shape. The hotel itself is not a bad facility (except for the pool), but if you care at all about customer service, avoid this place like the plague. It doesn't exist.”

• Not much.

“The staff was rude and impatient on our arrival. There were bugs in the bath tub. The room smelled moldy and old. The comforter on top of the bed was stained and it appeared unwashed for a very long time. The breakfast area was unkempt, and had a dingy feel about it. Upon leaving, my family was greeted with a homeless person outside the lobby asking my 7 year old daughter for spare change. Not a very nice hotel at all.”

• Beds are soft and comfortable, Hotel is very clean.
• Swimming pool.

“Very friendly staff, very clean hotel in and out. You can make your waffles for breakfast, good chose of food for breakfast. I believe that when ever I travel again I am going to chose Comfort Inns.”

• The pool and breakfast, and comfy beds.
• Check out came too soon (though it's noon).

“We loved the pool and hot tub, the beds and pillows and the breakfast! Breakfast featured all of the typical fare plus sausage (you have to reheat), hard-boiled eggs and make-them-yourself waffles! The whole hotel was clean - rooms, pool area, lobby and breakfast area.”

• The complimentary breakfast was excellent and a surprise.
• Rooms need more sound proofing around the door. Too much noise from the hallway.

“Our room was a generous size with updated decor and bathroom. King size bed was too soft for my liking but still okay. The complimentary breakfast was great with both hot and cold selections. The gym is good enough for a quick maintenance workout. Did not venture into the pool area. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.”

• Clean, had all necessities, quiet within the hotel.
• Airport noise--but expected it.

“For the money, this was a very nice hotel. The staff was very courteous and the hotel was very clean, no random smells. Noise from the airport, but this was expected due to location near the airport. Would definitely stay there again. Pillow top beds a plus!”

“I arrived in Buffalo, NY with an infant, and called for the shuttle, it was right there! They had me already checked in; my key ready, heater on crib set up and helped me with my luggage. It was wonderful!”

• I chose this hotel since we had an early flight to catch and it's only 5 minutes from the airport.
• It's hard to find unless you have a GPS.
