• The staff. The manager was wonderful and her staff was a reflection of her leadership.

“Great hotel, excellent location and the staff was definitely the best in the industry. I travel often and mostly at Marriott hotels, so I know what to expect. What stood out for me was the staff was there to personalize my travel experience. They seemed to be genuinely concerned with how my stay was, what they could do for me and to make sure that I had everything that I needed. The breakfast was incredible and you couldn't have asked for anything more. What's even better is that it's free, clean, comfortable room with a very convenient location. I had to travel to several areas within the city and this location was within 15-20 minutes of every area. Thanks Residence Inn Buffalo-Amherst for a wonderful hotel experience!”
