• At the front desk were very helpful and accommodating, did everything they could to make us comfortable.

• Location.
• I requested non smoking and received smoking. Heater rattled badly.

“The staff was friendly, but the room was smoking and I didn't realize until the evening when I was settled in. I had requested non smoking. Very disappointing as I don't smoke and the bed smelled awful. Also, when turning up the heat the fan rattled extremely loud.”

• The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection and area was cordial and well maintained.
• Only one agent available for check in with several people in line.

“This hotel is located in a quiet location adjacent to several restaurants and close to shopping and other attractions. Perfect for business, family, or romantic traveling.”

• I just can't think of anything negative-that says a lot coming from me.

“Great place to stay. From the first moment to the last one people were so nice and friendly. My daughter got fever and the people from the reception were calling me to ask about her. The free continental breakfast is awesome with many options. Honestly the best hotel to stay if you go to Cary.”

• It was in an excellent location, and very clean, and had one of the best continental breakfasts I have seen.
• I could not find anything that I did not like.

“This was rated as a 2 star property but could be a 3 star. The staff was very efficient and friendly. They even staffed the continental breakfast and handled it like fine restaurant waitresses.”

• Some staff were new and were not able to resolve some issues.

“Overall it was a good experience. It is clean and the service adequate. It is in a good location with access to most major roads nearby. There are restaurants in walking distance.”

• More structured and set up for the business man.

“This hotel was great like I said very friendly, clean, pleasant and great location. I would stay there again. Only this time during the pool schedule because I have the kids. This is not a vacation hotel for families. we were doing business and took the kids with us if we were to book a hotel for a family vacation I would not want to book this hotel, only because there is no food, place for kids to play but I felt it was perfect for a business trip. ”
