• Location.
• Not clean, carpet smelled needs overhaul service.

“Its located in a nice place, but not maintained properly, its smells and unattractive feel little uncomfortable with family.”

• Extended stay America is always predictable. Wherever
  I go, they always have the same appearance, quality, and service.
  I am always satisfied.

“Perfect for business travel the kitchen facility in the room is great, as it gets old eating in restaurants. And most importantly, the bed is always comfortable. The only thing
I wish they would improve is the television selection. The 19" is too small, and the limited channel selection could be better.”

• TV and heater didn't work.

“When I arrived at the hotel there were a bunch of people at the front door. I told the front desk about it and the lady said it was not her business.”

• The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful.
• Not enough restaurants close by.

“The room was clean and quiet, the bed wasn't the greatest. Bring your own shampoo and hair dryer because it isn't provided in the room. The staff was nice and friendly.”

“The hotel was quiet, clean and secure. I was able to rest when I needed to no matter what time of day it was and I noticed the hotel was pet friendly too. I would stay at this hotel again.”

• Rooms have full kitchens.
• No daily maid service, limited service for a fee.

“The Extended Stay is great for business travelers, but definitely not good for leisure travelers or families. There is no food on site, no breakfast or restaurant. There is no daily maid service. Towels can be exchanged and trash can be picked up for a fee. It is nice to have the full kitchen and 2 desks.”

• Close to a business park area and shopping area. Near stores and restaurants.
• The rooms do not come with built in hairdryers like most hotels have. No onsite breakfast, no kind of maid service or trash removal.

“The Extended stay is great for long term business travelers. Two desks, a small kitchenette, TV, armchair and one queen bed. It is near the Regency Business Park, so anyone traveling to any of the companies there, this hotel is ideal. It is also very close to several shopping centers with stores and restaurants. However, this hotel is not good for leisure travelers, especially not families. There is no onsite breakfast. The rooms are just barely what you need, ironing boards, but no hairdryers. The front desk is only open from 7am until 11pm. There is no daily maid service or trash removal unless you pay extra. This is a basic, someplace to sleep and shower hotel. Not good for a vacation or any other kind of leisure trip.”

• Very close to shopping and the highway.
• I did not have a remote control for the TV.

“Hotel was very quiet, clean, and staff very friendly. I enjoyed easy access to my room and shopping in the area. Having a kitchen was also very convenient for putting restaurant leftovers, warming up & cooking food, and ice for drinks.”

• We loved that the room came with a clean kitchen which saved us even more on restaurant bills.
• There was no wake up calls available although there was an alarm clock in the room we slept thru it.

“for business travelers its perfect, saving money on eating out and the ability to do laundry was a plus. I hate to come home and have to do laundry! Wish there had been a pool but the savings more than made up for the lack of one. The front desk staff where friendly and helpful with everything we needed from a fax sent to helping me program the cell phone we had to get when we lost ours. They even helped us with our airline tickets, printing out our boarding passes).”

• No free has internet. No daily room service.

“This was definitely a very good and stays and service was excellent. Hotel needs more exposure and offer has internet and also publicize the availability of has internet which is important for business travelers. Suite was the best of all. Location was great.”

“Hotel was better than expected for a one star hotel. Only complaint was the first room we were put into was smoking. If there was a way to book NS rooms, it would've been much better. We did manage to get a non smoking room on the second day of our trip.”

• Not enough pillows, loud bathroom fan automatically turned on when light switched on.

• I guess its ok for 1 person, not much else I can say good.
• They are 2 of us and they nade it very difficult for us.

“This is a 1 bed room and when we got there they tried to charge us full price for my nephew. A couple of weeks ago they charged us $5.00 for extra bed.”
