• I was able to get some toothpaste from the front desk, having forgotten mine!
• I received a smoking room having requested non-smoking; the room smelled awful.

“Good option for business travelers or possibly families for the convenience of the ensuite kitchens, etc. Although located in a rather bland business park, it's within easy driving distance of central Cary. Think it's also a little bit cheap to charge for WiFi/Internet access, given this is meant to be a business-style hotel.”

• The fully functional kitchen.
• No daily cleaning/restocking service.

“The rooms and facilities were very clean. The staff was very friendly. The location is tricky to find, rather hidden and there is another, much more visible, extended stay America on the same street that I ended up at by mistake. Overall, I was very happy with my room!”
