“Loved the hotel and the staff was great. It was very convenient for business and within 5 minutes of the Raleigh airport. I would be glad to recommend it and would stay there again if I am in the area.”

• Currently replacing carpets will be better soon.

• Friendly staff and great location to RDU.
• Construction near hotel entrance spoils rustic scenery.

“Great location, 2 minutes from RDU, staff is very friendly and accommodating, lightning-fast check-in. Beds are super-comfortable and all the television sets are LCD flat-panel.”

• Front desk clerk was outstanding.
• Staff person in charge of breakfast was horrible.

“This hotel is extremely nice. It's close to the airport yet quiet. Everything is as nicely appointed as one would expect for business travel. I did have an unpleasant experience with the 'free' breakfast. The instructions were absent and the staff person in charge was assault in his 'explanation' - so much so that I decided not to eat and left the hotel.”

• Towels were a bit stiff.

• Convenient to the rude airport, clean room, welcoming staff,
• Asked for a 5:00am wake up call and a 5:30am shuttle-both came at 5:00.

• I like the convenience of traveling from the rude airport to the hotel.
• The hotel is away from the shopping centers and no advertisement to show you how to get there.

• Friendly, helpful staff, nice location, quiet.
• Double beds? Puh-leez!

“A nice hotel in a good location, convenient to the airport. Friendly staff, beautiful large room. Their only failing was teeny-tiny beds. After two weeks of king beds in assorted Days Inn's, sleeping in a double was a significant let-down. And those non-compressible pillows were a neck-killer. We ended up using bath towels for pillows. For Conrad's sake, people - pay attention to the bedding! Hilton is supposed to be the cream of the crop, but if the beds are bad, it's all just lipstick on a pig...”
