• Very clean and helpful staff.

“Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel was clean, lobby was beautiful. Used parking option to save some money rather than the airport parking.”

• The front desk staff was very knowledgable and friendly.
• The air conditioner buttons were broken.

“Very conveniently located near the airport - sits off the highway, so it is relatively quiet - the front desk was wonderful -

• I really like the location and the staff was very nice.
• Very limited wine available at the bar that evening.

“The location is great - right by RDU Airport. The rooms are quiet and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The indoor pool was very tiny and cold! We went down to the restaurant for a drink and they were out of almost every wine we wanted. They should stay on top of their drink ordering for their customers. I would stay here again because of the location and staff.”

• Great access to airport.
• Still have smoking rooms that limit availability of non-smoking rooms. Ended up with two double beds due to shortage of non-smoking rooms.

“This would be a terrific hotel when you need to use the RDU airport. It's convenient, clean, fairly quiet, and close to services. It will be even better when they convert all rooms to non-smoking.”

• I loved the bed. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and I felt like I was living in luxury.
• I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

“The hotel was conveniently located. Airport shuttle service was available which made life much easier for me to get to the airport. The entire hotel was very lovely and the room was decorated in such good taste. The mattress was so comfortable. Had I known I would get such a fabulous hotel with such a great room, I would have booked for a longer period just to enjoy the place.
In addition, the food at the restaurant was great.”

• The lobby and public spaces were very nice.
• None of the rooms had tubs, only showers.

“This was a nice hotel for one night but I wouldn't stay there longer than that. None of the rooms were suites and none had tubs. Our room was over sized but that turned out to mean handicapped accessible and the shower sprayed all over the bathroom because there was no lip to guard the floor.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• The restaurant service and staff overall were not helpful.

“The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. We had very bad service in the restaurant, we were ignored and our order was wrong and never fixed. After delivering the food the waitress never came back to our table. The busboy dropped off our check. The front desk failed to put us down for a shuttle to the airport at my specified time so we had to wait for the next one which was 5 minutes late.”

• Large room well appointed.
• No left turn from the road it was on to main road.

“The hotel was very bright and had a small restaurant serving all meals, but an especially good breakfast. The room had a small refrigerator and a microwave and was well appointed. It had a nice size desk with a very comfortable chair.”

• It was close to the airport.
• Their hot tub was cold and their housekeeping staff didn't clean our room.

“The pool was warmer than the hot tub, very disappointing! They did not have an on call housekeeper to clean our room after they hadn't done it in the A.M. It was a pretty hotel with a polite staff, but the cold hot tub and the poor room services.”

• Restaurant was available within the hotel.
• The room in which I was placed had a few issues one in the shower and the other with the phone cords.

“Overall, the stay was fine. However, the shower issue made it difficult to get ready for the day. The room was a handicapped room and the shower head was meant to be adjustable. However, the screw that made it so must have been stripped out making it so the shower head was at waist height unless u held it up the entire time. I reported this to management at check-out and was offered free breakfast. At check-in I requested an additional days stay at their property.”

• Comfort! Clean! Helpful, near airport.
• Had to pay for breakfast. And for parking while flying out but cheaper than airport parking.

“I would use this hotel again. The driver of the van over and back (same man) to the airport was very friendly and helpful. I called when I landed and the van arrived only a few minutes after I called.”

• The staff at the restaurant were incredibly kind and friendly. And the beds were fantastic!

“We were incredibly pleased with the location of this hotel (right off the interstate and about a minute from the airport). The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the restaurant. It was an incredibly pleasant way to end our vacation.”

• Free wifi.
• Printer did not work to print boarding pass.

“Biggest problem I had was that after getting in at 2am, they could not locate my reservation. After finally logging onto priceline with my own laptop and showing the employee that I was not an idiot and not at the incorrect hotel, we realized that priceline gave them the incorrect date for the reservation (they had me coming the next night). So, after getting in at 2am we didn't get checked in until about 3am. Not fun. So, somehow there was some miscommunication between Priceline and Hilton Garden Inn on the date.”
