• Worked with me on check-out time due to unsure schedule.

“Very professionally run. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. When I mentioned issue with not knowing if we would need an extra day, they allowed us to check out at 2 pm, rather than noon. That was VERY helpful.”

• The elevator was out for hours. The ice machine on our floor was broken.

“The idea that this was somehow a 3 star hotel is preposterous. I stayed in a DoubleTree recently and that 3 star experience was great. I don't understand your rating system and disregard for my original request.”

• Good location - easy to get to - older Courtyard but still great value.
• GPS locates the wrong address - no complaints.

“Walking distance to a shopping area with several different bar and restaurant choices so no need to drive. Typical older Courtyard that is dated in terms of the newer modern hotels but still a great value.”

• Room was in excellent condition with very comfortable bed and soft cotton sheets.

“I needed to stay at a hotel for a few nights while my house was being renovated and my husband was traveling. When my husband and I travel, we like staying in luxury hotels like the Sofitel or Four Seasons. So, I did not know what to expect from the Courtyard. To my surprise, it was great! It was certainly not a luxury hotel but the room was immaculate, the mattress was wonderfully comfortable, the sheets felt like high quality cotton, the room was very quiet (despite being in a room right off of the elevator and overlooking the parking lot, I heard practically nothing). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything appeared to be in top condition. Also, my fellow guests were all business people: well-dressed, nice cars, well-mannered. For future hotel stays during house renovations, I would definitely stay here again!”

• Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, easy access to major highways without any traffic noise. The coffee was always fresh and hot.

“Great location with easy acess to major highways and shopping. The spa was clean, enjoyable with a fresh supply to towels. Nice place to stay.”

• The lobby was attractive and the gym was nice.
• There was no complimentary gift (popcorn, water, etc.).

“The hotel was clean but I did experience finding something under my bed after being there for two days. That made it evident that the cleaning staff was not being thorough with the cleaning after someone leave. Otherwise the hotel was pretty good.”

“Nice hotel that met all my expectations as a business traveler. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get to and close to highway and key traffic areas. My only complaint is not having access to local restaurants in Cary that deliver. My phone book was for Raleigh and none delivered to Cary. Hotel has a mini mart inside to buy snacks and beverages, so that was nice since I couldn't find a restaurant who would deliver.”

• Beautiful setting, the friendliness of the staff, clean and quiet.
• We had no complaints or concerns.

“Beautiful updated setting with a friendly, helpful staff. I was impressed with how quiet it was and how clean. The room included a large worktable and couch. We have traveled frequently and this might well have been the most perfect stay we ever experienced. Hats off to all involved in the operation of this great motel.”

“Good hotel, friendly staff, but they had too few baby cribs. Since each room didn't have a refrigerator, I had to request on from the front desk.”
