• Location.
• It was a bit dated, needs to be updated.

“Location was good but the hotel is in need of updating especially in the hallways/lobby area. Not sure it has been updated in 10+ years.”

• Very comfortable bed, very nice linens and
  attractive room.
• Coffee was not very good. Temperature in spa not hot enough.

“A good place to sleep close to the airport. Hard to find due to poor signage--it's behind the La Quinta--I drove all around and and finally made a phone call.”

“Our stay was fantastic. The shuttle service was there right away and friendly. Rooms were clean and very nice. Staff was helpful, friendly, and made me feel like they wanted me there. The only negative thing i have about my whole experience is the TV in the workout room didn't get a very good signal. I would definitely stay there again. Fantastic experience in every way!”

• Location was excellent. Room was clean, roomy.
• Room was hidden around corner from front desk (which some may consider a selling point.

• The location was great. It was hidden from the road.
• Power went off; hotel charged me $12 for toast; could hear people in the other rooms.

“I did not like the hotel at all. The power went off as I was blow drying my hair. The continental breakfast consisted of toast - which the hotel charged me $12 for! I could hear doors slamming shut, people talking in the room next to me, someone using the bathroom above me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!”

• The staff was the most professional and friendliest I have encountered in many trips. They should be commended.
• I can not think of any negatives.

“We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location, amenities, cleanliness and services available are all above average for this class of hotel. We use it primarily as a stopover for air travel but it exceeds our requirements and expectations. The best thing about the hotel however, is the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of the staff. They are true professionals in the hotel industry where, too often, those qualities are seriously lacking.”

• Location near RDU aiprot.
• Room was very basic
  nothing special, concrete walls and ceilings.

“It worked well for what I needed. An overnight stay near the Raleigh, NC airport. Needed to catch an early morning flight the nest day.”

• Quiet neighborhood, clean rooms, safe.
• Wouldn't be easy to find if you didn't already know where it was.

• Room was very clean. Free internet. Friendly staff.

“Hotel is very close to the airport and very clean which is what I'd expect from a 2 and 1/2 to 3 star hotel. Housekeeping didn't knock on the door before noon which I liked. There is free internet service but it is a cable (the cable to connect the laptop was in the room) and not Wi-Fi. They did not have a rack with tourist attraction brochures which would have been nice.”

“This hotel was fantastic. Close to everything we needed. Close to the airport. Hotel accommodations were fantastic! Beautiful, clean room. Amenities in the room were super. Amenities on hand in the lobby at all times were wonderful! I can not rave enough about this hotel and the staff!”
