• Everything! The fireplace was a b I g plus, I only wish that I had more time to spend there. I was there for a wedding so Im not likely to go back.
• That it's not where I normally visit so I probably won't get the opportunity to stay there again, but I loved it!

“I think that Ive said it all. I loved the staff, the room and it was very convenient to where the reception was so I didn't have to travel a long way after enjoying the reception. I don't know what the regular price is but if it is what I can afford I will certainly find an excuse to stay there again. Thank you all for your hospitality!”

• The suite atmosphere. I felt like I was home!
• The hotel is a large hotel. So I had a long walk to my room.

“Very convenient location to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an early flight, so I had to leave before breakfast was set up. One of the staff members went in the kitchen and gave me some breakfast items to take with me.”

• The shower had great pressure and a good shower head. The breakfast in the morning was first rate.
• The bed was a little too soft for my tastes.

• Free airport parking.
• no inside route from room to desk.

“Easy access from I-40, clean, comfortable, economical, with good selection of nearby restaurants. Excellent airport shuttle service.”

• Truly, I cannot think of one positive comment.
• Noise level, beds, and almost impossible to locate (had to call twice for directions, then drove around for 20 minutes to finally find it).

“Very noisy bathroom fan, sounded like jet engine. Mattress was terrible. They knew we had a third person (child), but provided no sheets for the pullout sofa bed nor pillows. We had to use the comforter off our bed. It was nearly impossible to find this hotel off the exit. It is hidden and there is only a very tiny unlit sign that you have to be on top of to see. Telephoned front desk twice for directions and still impossible to find. Airport shuttle scheduled for 4:50 did not leave for airport until 5:15, almost making us miss our flight. Needless to say, we would not stay here again.”

• Breakfast included spacious room/kitchen.
• People on floor above me could hear them walking around at night.

“Location was near airport, major highway and shopping across the street. Friendly service with hot breakfast buffet. Be careful if room above you is taken, noise from walking around late may keep you up past bed time. It did me, must have had a new born!”

• I like the fact that I had a kitchen in my room.
• I dont like that I had to go outside away from lobby to get to my room.

“Nice hotel, great location, clean, great kitchen if you want to cook/or store food. The only problem is that I could constantly hear the airplane noise all night and early morning.”

• The staff was very friendly and attentive.
• We found a long hair on the wall of the shower and dirty sock under the bed (not ours).

“The residence inn Raleigh airport is a very nice, convenient place to stay. Check-in went smoothly and the room was good size. We did have to call for linens for the sofa bed even though we had called earlier in the day to let them know we would be using it. The room could have been a bit cleaner and the sheets on the bed had several holes. The included breakfast was extensive and nicely presented. The food was hot and the area was clean. The staff in this area was extremely attentive. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.”

• Location is excellent for airport access. Wireless internet worked flawlessly.
• Somewhat difficult to find. Could use some better signage. Also not a lot of dining options nearby.

“Excellent choice for an extended stay with one caveat. Easy access to the airport and I-40. Clean, well appointed rooms with good showers (important to me, as I'm 6'3" tall). Kitchen was well equipped. Staff was very helpful and cheerful. Only two minor complaints: the dining choices in the immediate vicinity are limited, and the hotel is a bit difficult to find.”

• Very comfy bed and close to airport!
• Parking lot was not very convenient to hotel room.

“This hotel was great. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. It is so close to the airport which made picking up my sweetie very easy. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Marriott is all non smoking.

“It was just a quick overnight stay; however it had good conveniences, such as location to the airport and a van service, a nice breakfast buffet, and generous comfortable rooms.”

• Clean, convenient quality service, provided parking for airline travelers with shuttle service.
• Nothing negative about the stay.

“Well kept, clean and great location for RDU Airport. The INN provided free transportation to and from the airport as well as free extended parking for travelers leaving the are. Would recommend this location to any traveler in the Raleigh/Durham area.”

• Convenient to freeway and shopping.
• Air conditioning and heat did work-could not be regulated except on/off.

“Hotel was OK. Expected bigger room-most Residence Inns are much larger, especially living room (3 adults traveling together). Breakfast bar not well stocked. Heat and A/C not working right and we were uncomfortable most of the time. Clean rooms.”

• We needed two beds and one was a less-comfortable sofa bed.
