• Shuttle driver took our 16 year old under his wing for later flight than ours.
• Not one thing.

“Clean, professional staff, fresh food for 4:30am breakfast! Prompt wake up call, way "over and beyond" willing staff.”

• They're "pet friendly" so I could take my blind miniature poodle with us. Attractive decor. Appreciated amenities.
• "Potholes" under carpet-only noticed with shoes off.

“Desk attendant & shuttle driver were very friendly, helpful, & personable. Location was wonderful for early morning flight from Raleigh-Durham airport. Room was attractive & comfortable. Breakfast offered quite a variety of choices: fruit, cereal, bagels, waffles, hot cereals, juices, coffee. Being "pet friendly" was a big plus! A very pleasant experience.”

• Convenience to the airport, and cleanliness.
• Staff could not tell me were the usual items are for a business traveler: like- local Gyms, Laundry mats, and a Type of Mailing business.
