• Pool and beach.
• Rooms are dirty.

“Our pillows had a smell, they changed them, the floors are dirty in the room, the overall room is not to my standards of cleanliness. The location, pool's) and beach amenities are great. As far as free breakfast, I would not eat it. I would have the coffee and that's it! The price is definitely worth it. Would love to see the rooms cleaner, I have been to the Monterey Baby for several years in a row.”

• the location & the pool on the roof.The side view of the beach & ocean
• slow elevator, breakfast could have been little better

“the suites was nice & was not run down.The breakfast was ok ,they had eggs ,potatoes & some type of meat every morning.The dessert was ok also.The only problem we could see was that the elevator was slow (alot of people using it).The hotel is kind away from all that noise down town .You are about 5 mins. from downtown.

“My family stayed the week of 5/21 5/28.

The facility is rather rundown and cheap looking for the price. We had beachfront connecting rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. The smell from the kitchen cabinets made us gag in both suites.”
