• Staff was nice.
• Holes in wall, not as nice as expected.

“although the employees were very accommodating the rooms were in need of repair. on a scale of 1 to 10 w/1 being worse & 10 being best I would score this hotel @ 4. not family oriented @ all.”

• Location of hotel was 5 minutes from the venue for an event I was attending.
• The bathroom on 2nd floor leaked into our bathroom on 1st floor.

“During my two night stay, there were items missing from the hotel room, the bathroom above flooded our bathroom on the 1st floor, and it was a noisy environment (prom night which hotel staff failed to mention to me when arriving). I would have booked a room in a more classier, friendly hotel if I knew my stay would have been disrupted by noise.”

• The staff were generally friendly.
• One day no one made the bed or replaced the towels. The bathroom was in disrepair.

“I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The bathrooms were in disrepair and there was a sign in the lobby you had 15 minutes from check-in to request a new room if you didn't like the bathroom That's not enough time to check in, go to your room, inspect it and return to the lobby. Also, only hotel guests were allowed to use the pool. I would think most people staying there probably were associated with someone stationed at Ft. Bragg and many of them would like their soldiers to be able to share in the facilities. Finally, the advertised continental breakfast was about the most barren I've seen.”

• The place was in poor condition, rather old and overused, like a place for one night stands!

• The mattress was comfortable.
• The bathroom was disgusting, there were substances on the headboard not yet identified, and it was in a terrible neighborhood.

“I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. I was thoroughly unhappy with my stay. The only good thing about it was that the mattress was actually comfortable. The neighborhood was not exactly nice. During checkout, one of the employees was walking by the room while we had the door open, and told us that we should close it because people are robbed in this area frequently. There were dried substances on the headboard of one of the beds that we are still not sure what it was. The bathroom was in disrepair and need a serious updating. I was not happy with the quality of the room for the amount that I paid. I have stayed at cheaper hotels for less money.”
