“The owners just purchased this property and it shows. There is a great deal of potential in this facility that could result in a 3 or 4 star rating.”

“Hotel rooms have a good space, but it needs to change bathroom curtains, coffeemaker, etc. It needs a general clean up.”

“My finance stayed at this location and after checking out called me absolutely livid. There was no phone in her room, one of the lamps did not work, and there was no remote control in the room. She had to go downstairs to the lobby to retrieve another remote control at 2 in the morning, only to find out that this 2nd remote did not work either.”

“It was ok. I didn't like the parking and none would park in the back. I parked under a light so I could have an eye on my car. There were people hanging out in back like they were waiting on guests to come in and leave there cars. That I didn't like and I let them know. Nothing was done that I could see.”

“This was the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. First of all I called the hotel to get directions and the person answering the phone could not even tell me how to get there. When we got to the hotel I waited in line and listened to three other people with reservations complaining about the rooms being dirty, cockroaches and the electricity not working in their rooms. We got our room and the door looked like someone tried to breaking the door. It had pieces missing from the door. We go into the bathroom and the floor is dirty and the bathtub had hair inside and mold around the edges. Needless to say I did not use the tub!”

“First. The directions you sent me were erroneous and I have the itinerary to prove it. Your directions were coming from north to hotel in Fayetteville, NC exit at 40. There is no exit 40 coming from the north. We had to go 30 miles out of our way to turn around as there is only one exit 40 and that is coming from the south. That cost us at least an hour of travel time.”

“This was a horrible place. There were not so great looking people, loitering outside of the hotel. The hotel itself was located in the middle of no where and was more than rundown. My husband had just arrived the night before from Baghdad and said that he would not feel comfortable with us staying there for the night. We left and found some place else to stay. There isn't a pool to use at this location. It is covered. There are no restaurants, stores, has stations or anything around! Not at all up to my expectations.”

“The hotel was roomy and the staff very helpful. The hotel was great for my use to visit my son at Fort Bragg. My son loved the hotel and the beds were very comfortable. Will stay there again when I go back to Fort Bragg. It was very reasonable for someone on a fixed budget or for military personnel.”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences. Better accommodations for the half price are available at every highway exit across the country. Exposed wires, un-vacuumed carpet, sticky bathroom floor were only a few negative points. We had to go out of our way to get there.”

“This is a hotel in a very sketchy area of Fayetteville, no. The shower had a ton of mildew and the shower head was so low I had to crouch to get my head under it and I am only 5'5". Please do not accept this hotel any longer.”

“The pictures I saw for this hotel might have been dated. The hotel could use renovation, but it is also off the beaten path of anything worth seeing or doing. The room itself was decent, but in the bathroom, it just did not have a "kept" feel to it. The bottom of the bathroom door had rotted and that just gave me the feeling that there were probably other things that have not been done that I could not see. It is nowhere close to the major businesses and attractions.”

“I was generally disappointed in the quality of the hotel. It was not maintained very well, with certain aspects of the interior needing much attention (most specifically, the bathroom needed to be renovated). Also, there was no attention being paid to the outdoor pool -- it was filthy, not usable in the heat of the summer in June. Also, the location turned out to be in a questionable part of town.”

“I was very disappointed and felt unsafe. The elevator, ice machines & vending machines were out of order. My 1st room was smoking and I requested non, my 2nd room was on the 1st floor w/ a broken window where anybody could open from the outside. 3rd room lock was broken and transients lived in the hotel. I requested a refund but was denied, I did not stay here and went somewhere else!! Please call me if you have further questions I have a lot more to say and I took photos of the hotel and it's poor condition!! 704-531-0493”
