“Overall, the stay at Camelot was wonderful. The hotel was conveniently located right on the beach. The view was amazing!”

“Over the hotel offers what it sells. Upon check-in the lobby was small, but the friendly staff made up for it with effortless check-in and a gift bag. Parking and location are great. Only issues for us, free HBO was offered, but there was a block on cable box that took a few days to correct. Also, we had to ask and go and get towels to have enough for our family (4). Inside spa broken 3/4 days there and pools cleaned too late in morning, so we were walking over the cleaning people to get to beach.”

“Stayed six nights, Elevators NEVER worked properly. I could hear the people take a shower and flush the toilet upstairs. No hot water one morning. Maintenance guy told me that is impossible. hum I guess I forgot how to use the shower! Maintenance . guy said elevators break on average every 30 min, during busy times. Parking garage is a nightmare. It is attached to the building and is 10 stories high. This is a good idea but like ALL of the rest of this fleabag hotel it is poorly designed. It is too tight for cars to pass and is a nightmare during busy times and the spaces are difficult to get into because of the tight area. Go to Myrtle Beach often and I try to stay in "upscale" facilities but the Camelot is a nightmare at luxury prices!. NEVER AGAIN!”

“My husband and I had a room and our children and their spouses had 3 other rooms. I consider our stay there to have been enjoyable and a good value for the price we paid. I did not like the fact that there were several unsupervised children in the lazy river and would have enjoyed the benefit of a continental breakfast.”

“The hotel did not live up to its outside appearance. The room was dreary and old. The ice maker did not work, the sofa bed kept falling over and a lamp shade had a broken bulb and a lamp shade that didn't fit and it kept fall off. It was a thrown together room not ready for a paying guest.”

“From the looks of the online picture everything is so adorable, NOT, just the entrance only, very disappointing rooms, old looking, not very clean, very, very small pools, no where enough room to accommodate all those people.”
