“My overall experience was good. When I first arrived I was sent to a room that had not yet been serviced, but the girl at the front desk helped me. She immediately sent me to a clean room that was very nice.”

“I was visiting Buffalo for the Winter Classic and picked this hotel for the Downtown location. It was a little bit more than I wanted to pay, but I was able to walk a block and a half to the Anchor Bar (the Home of the Original Buffalo Wings) and then a block in the other direction to a street with a lot of low-key bars. If you want night clubs it is a bit farther walk. The staff was very helpful when my door key card did not work and even followed me to my room to make sure it was fixed.”

“It was the most hotels I have ever stayed at! When we got in our room, we saw the dead bugs in window and a broken ashtray outside window, my husband went to tell them. They told him there was nothing they can do because there were no more rooms. They were booked. I am in the same business, and if that was at my lodge, I would have sent one of my grills to check out what the customer was talking about and fixed it. We were not offered any of that. They sent no one! When checking out, I asked for a receipt for what was charged to my credit card, and I could write it off on my taxes but they told me I could not have one. I could not believe any of what they did. We did not argue with anyone about this. We were there to because my husband has cancer, and he had appointment at hospital on Thursday. We don't complain about things like this but no one wants to pay for nice room and afraid to sleep there due to being really dirty. We have enough on our mind then to worry about something like that. I was very dissatisfied with the service there and how clean the room was. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.”

“One of the nicer hotels in Buffalo. It is in a great neighborhood with some of my favorite bars and restaurants. Much better than being downtown with drunks at 4am.”

“Situated on a Delaware ave in Buffalo downtown area. About 5 or 6 story building not too beautiful from interior. For 2 star hotel it doesn't have enough facilities like microwave or refrigerator with in the rooms.”

“We stayed here while visiting family in Buffalo. The hotel is well-located and is convenient to most attractions and restaurants in the downtown area. The staff was consistently courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly during our weekend trip, but upon being told, the general manager of the hotel provided us with a complementary two-day stay to compensate us for our troubles. His quick and professional response to an admittedly bad situation left us with a positive impression of the property, and we will happily stay there again.”

“I reserve non-smoking room, they gave me smoking room. I even call them to confirm for a non-smoking room several days before I travel. I got the confirmation. But when I got there, they told me the type of room is not guaranteed for Internet reservation. I want you to help me to get my money back !!!”
