• The rooms were clean.
• The room keys did not work.

“This hotel compared to the Adams Mark (the other hotel in the same area with the same star rating) is much better. The Hyatt is cleaner, more attractive, and the staff is friendly compared to the Adams Mark.”

• Large room.
• Heat in the room was broken -- on very hot all the time.

“Convenient location, clean lobby, and large room. Friendly hotel staff with prompt service. Hotel does have shuttle service to the airport.”

• The location was perfect for our trip to the Buffalo hockey game.
• Breakfast was a little cold and dried out.

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was good for our trip to the buffalo hockey game. The room was clean and had an average amount of space for a hotel room. The one thing we found frustrating was the fact that there were only double bed rather then queen size beds. I would recommend this hotel.”

• The room was beautiful, staff was so helpful and friendly.

• Comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom. Excellent workout facility. Great food.
• The only thing I did not like: There was no fan in the bathroom.

• Restaurant staff were fantastic and friendly. Beds were awesome!
• Check in was strange and an unknown $5 charge has been added to my Visa by hotel.

“Loved the rooms and beds were amazing. Nice and quiet. Breakfast was enjoyable in an open atrium with very friendly and helpful staff.”

“Very nice upscale hotel. Very quiet and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very easy access off of I90. Do not have their own parking. Private lot across the street at $12.50 overnight .”

• Room was outfitted beyond expectations - extremely comfortable.
• Paying for parking, which was kitty-corner to the hotel.

• Possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.
• No on site parking. Public parking at own expense across the street, then have to walk back to the hotel.

“Very nicely decorated, with a very upscale atmosphere. Almost seemed too nice for a stay with the kids. The lack of some kind of parking arrangement bothered me, especially since we arrived late at night and this hotel is in town. Very comfortable bed. Best bathroom and shower of all the places on our trip. Normally charges $10/day for in-room internet access. No in-room fridge or microwave, but just about everything else you would expect.”

• Great location.
• I was surprised that there was no parking at this hotel.

“I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean rooms, lobby. Very comfortable. As a female traveling alone, I felt very safe. And the hair dryer wasn't your typical "attached to the wall" hotel dryer - it was like the one you'd use at home!”

• Windows were dirty but still able to see out.

“We loved the room and location of the hotel. Parking was in a parking deck across the street and cost an additional $5, but very convenient to get to and well guarded. Overall I will stay here again!”
