• Location, staff.
• Balcony was too small.

“I had a great time. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view and the location were great. Not a luxury place by any stretch, but for me it had all I needed.”

• Close to pier, downtown, shopping (mall and Broadway is very close), Ocean front.
• Balcony is not wide enough to sit out on, Jacuzzi is very hot!

“I own a timeshare here for 16 years. We haven't taken advantage of it however the past several years because our family has grown and we purchased a small unit. This year however I decided to take my mother and 10 year old daughter for the week. I worried for nothing! Staff was very nice and helpful! Unit was clean. I looked for nasty hair and bugs but found none! Kitchen was clean. Resort is older but I feel as if they are taken good care of the property. Pools were kept clean. Of course, people drag sand from beach into pool during the day but it was cleaned by the next morning. I ask for clean towels when needed and all I had to do was exchange with our dirty ones. No problem! Location is great even if rides have now been removed. Close to downtown. Meet some great people and families. I plan to use myself again next year again.”

• Bad management. Period.

“Rooms are smaller than the pics make them to be. They do not have Jacuzzis. They are bath tubs with jets. The balcony is 12 inches in depth.”

• Beautiful rooms and very nice and convenient location.
• Misconception.

“We ended up having to find another hotel to stay due to the fact that our room was facing the street when we specifically requested "oceanfront" room. The supervisor stated that our only resort was to speak to whomever we reserved the room with. Very disappointing but in the end it all worked all well. My fiance proposed to me that weekend and this is why he had wanted a special room for the weekend not only for us but also for our friends whom we referred to the Seaglass Towers. We were told that we would be charged for a 1 nights stay which we will definitely have an issue with and hope to resolve peacefully because we do look forward to many more opportunities to stay at this resort and maybe one day look into time shares.”
