• Very easy to check in and out. Very clean and friendly staff.
• Everything was great and I have no complaints.

“I went on a short vacation with my family and had to worry about nothing as this hotel was great. The rooms and common areas were clean, the staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was the best I have seen.”

• It was a very nice, clean room and conveniently located.

“This hotel had attractive rooms which were kept clean and stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with directions, extra towels, and discount coupons for local restaurants.”

• Breakfast.
• The location.

“The room wasn't ready when they said that check-in would be and offered either a handicap room if I didn't wish to wait for another hour or wait another hour. Not what someone wants to hear. Upon check out the clerk was talking on the phone to someone who was not booking a room, giving advice on where else to stay while ignoring me the check out customer until the phone call was over, I found that poor customer service.”

• The pool area was very nice and well maintained. Nice continental breakfast.
• The room was fairly clean but there were a few areas that were lacking. I was also disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave.

“Overall it was a very nice stay, easy to find and very conveniently located. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool and outdoor area was the best part of the stay. The continental breakfast was typical of other places but nice. I was somewhat disappointed with was the overall cleanliness of the room. There were just a few areas that were overlooked. I was also disappointed by the lack of a fridge or microwave.”

• Staff always helpful.
• The strong smelling air freshener on the floor was very strong and gave me a headache.

“This hotel accommodated me and my family very well. Provided a crib for my 1 1/2 yr old. When I needed milk for him late at night they helped with no problem. Very courteous staff and clean accommodations.”

• Location, pool area.

“The carpet, mattress, and the air conditioning system in the room needs replacing. The hotel is in a good location and the pool area is nice.”

• The hotel was very secure & the staff was very friendly & helpful.
• No fridge, microwave or coffee maker.

“This is a non smoking hotel but they will put you near an exit door. The staff is was great & the rooms were very clean & spacious. I would stay here again.”

• Economical, and sensibly located.
• Breakfast was typical crappy, cold motel food.

“This hotel is excellent in most respects, the room was very clean, the staff was nice, and helpful, I have nothing against smokers when they smoke outside, and this hotel has the right idea, no smoking at all inside. Thank you for a great stay.”

• Gentleman on night shift was very friendly and helpful.
• At check in, lady was rude, said to sit down and wait then waited on 2 other customers.

“Fairly clean reasonable accommodation. Check in staff made me feel like a second rate citizen. A flea jumped on my leg and it me the last day of our stay and when I told the desk she just raised her eyebrows and did nothing and shrugged her shoulders. When I told her I thought the rooms were pet free. Smokers stood outside the door, way to the hall of the room and smoke kept coming in. Overall I was not very pleased with this experience. The only highlight was a reasonably good breakfast and the gentleman on nightshift was very helpful and kind to my 13 year old son. He should be commended for good customer service. I think I should receive a voucher for a free stay at a similar motel for the same number of nights. Generally overall it was not a good experience.”
