• It had a great location.
• The walls were thin. I heard snoring from next door.

“All I wanted was a cheap place to sleep that was close to the beach, and I got it. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, but this is not a luxury resort. If you realize that going in, you won't be disappointed.”

• Good price, staff friendly, and good location.
• Some of the guests children were doing things in the pool that were inappropriate.

“We stay here every time we come to the beach. It is a good priced hotel and the staff is very friendly. However, there was an incident at the pool with a young child using the bathroom on the side of the pool and the parent allowed the child to get back in the pool. I did call the desk and report it, the family was told to leave and not come back to the pool area. It was handled very quickly and professionally. The pool was immediately closed and cleaned. All in all, we had a great stay and will return here again.”

• Its close location to the ocean and other attractions.
• Rooms were tiny. Didn't seem like the hotel had sufficient parking.

“For the price the hotel was not bad but I had some questions regarding safety/security at the hotel. Our room was on the ground floor and the room was so tiny that the bed was pushed up against the rather large window that looked out over a dimly lit alley. Kind of creepy. The door to our room also had problems shutting and you had to slam it to get it to latch. I was told that they had a security person walking through the parking lot but I never saw him unless he was the drunken guy I saw looking into the windows of people's cars in the parking lot. The tiles in the pool were grimy and looked like they had not been washed in quite some time.”

• It totally .ed. nightmare. Will not do this again.
• Everything. Location terrible and not what I was told it was three blocks from the ocean not directly across the street as we had been told.

• Walking distance from the beach!!
• This hotel was more like a crack house environment!!!

“The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. however the staff after hours are doing drugs in their rooms and hang out all over the property after hours and makes you feel a little uneasy about staying there!!! other than the drug users the hotel it self is kind of nice!”

• Good location, easy to locate.
• Lots of Rif/Raf hanging around and staying at hotel. I felt a little insecure about safety.

“The hotel had good accommodations for a family stay. It was close to the beach, entertainment and shopping attractions. The staff was helpful and prompt in handling needs. It was clean, neat, and better than the average motel/hotel room. It was well equipped to handle an extended stay.”
