• It was a quite area.
• The location especially being a woman and traveling alone.

“It was for the truckers and construction workers but traveling alone are with family. This location is not for them, due to you have to drive eight miles to get to something descent.”

• Remote, only hotel at that exit, no other close buildings such as gas station, convenience stores, etc.

“Door looked like someone had previously broke into room. Lot of interior defects, just not very pleasant. Too remote for my tastes, to close to I-95 (traffic noise). Hotel clerk was very pleasant though.”

• No hot water, bad service.

“No hot water for 2 days, very bad service, the room was a dump, bad maid service, sheets were not changed, the coffee maker was dirty and not clean and cleaned, room smelled, heat barely worked. I was ripped off on this room.”
