  • The location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable.
  • Carpet was worn and ugly. Dogs were allowed at this hotel.

“I enjoyed staying in this hotel. It wasn't my favorite hotel stay, but definitely not the worst. I would consider staying there again.”

  • The desk staff was very considerate and helpful. They let me check-out 1 day early with no penalty.
  • It was not at all clean, and was clearly a "party" hotel.

“My son and I went to Myrtle Beach for the weekend to make some memories - I am on my 4th round of chemo. Our 1st night was spent listening to party people till 3:30 AM with doors slamming and people laughing. They did let us check out the next day with no penalty. The hotel was in need of an update, and was not very clean - smelled like a nursing home. But again, the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Excellent and helpful staff. I was disappointed with the young man at the desk that refused to print my airline boarding passes. Perhaps this is hotel policy but it is unusual in today's hotel market to find a property which does not accommodate this sort of request. I do not fault the young man for following policy and he did direct me to the fedex/kinkos nearby. This was the only negative to our stay, and a was very minor one at that.”

“We were in the area for a wedding and the location of the hotel could not have been better. Wedding was right across the street. We brought my dog with us and he had a wonderful stay too. Clean hotel and people were very accommodating.”

  • I did not like their breakfast. They need to add more items such as sausage, egg and etc.

“Hotel was nice, clean and helpful workers. Pool very nice and clean. The only thing I did not like was that there breakfast was just too plain. Overall I enjoyed staying at La Quinta Inn in Myrtle Beach, SC.”

  • You can hear through the walls. I could walk down the hall and hear peoples conversation while they were in their room.

“My room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. This was aggravating. We came to Myrtle Beach for a vacation on the beach and was disappointed that we had to load up everyday just to go to the beach. The housekeeping didn't leave some stuff that we used up dailey. So we had to go buy it. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The set up of the hotel was nice. My kids enjoyed the pool. We were woke up every morning around 8:00 or 9:00 for house keeping and this being our vacation, we slept in. So that was aggravating.”

“La Quinta Inn was a great value. It is located right across the street from Broadway at the Beach, which makes it a convenient location for a night on the town without the worry of having to drive back to your hotel late at night. The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and spacious and I would definitely stay there again.”

“Was very clean and was also convenient to Broadway at the Beach. Only about 5 minutes from the ocean. My only complaint was being able to hear actual conversations, etc from adjoining rooms - walls seemed to be "paper thin". I would definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel was attractive. The room was quite nice, right across the street from Broadway at the Beach, which is a shopping, restaurant, and tourist attractiion center, hosting the IMax Theater, Aquarium, and Palace Theater. Parking facilities were adequate and the continental breakfast had more than usual choices. We were very pleasantly surprised how nice this was for a 2 star rating.”
