“Overall the hotel is what I excepted for the money. The room was clean and it was in a good location. Although, the room was much smaller than I thought it would be, which makes it a lot harder with a small child.”

“This is a pretty good hotel that is convenient to the Amusement Park & other local attractions. Our family had a suite & the bedroom was actually the entrance instead of the sitting/living room area. I didn't really like that too much, but of course, I couldn't do anything about that. There were stains on the comforter & sheets of both beds. I called & requested them changed, & was told that it didn't look like they had been changed. The staff was friendly & came up pretty quickly to change the bedding for us. Since the problem was corrected, I was pretty much happy with the room.”

“When arriving, we were all asked to put down a $100 cash deposit that we were not notified about prior to booking the hotel. The house keeping staff would only make the bed and give us new towels, but would never take out our trash. When leaving we were forced to wait an additional two hours before leaving to get back our deposit, when the manager gave us a hard time because there was trash in our room, when the housekeeping staff had never collected it. We did receive all of our money back, but I would not stay there again.”

“The place needs some repairs. The elevators were the scariest things I've ever been on. The rooms were ok. Maid service tried to come in my room at eight in the morning. I was not pleased.”

“The outside of the hotel is very nice, but as soon as we got inside we regretted staying there. The hallways and our room were dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. But I will not stay here again.”

“Overall this was a great hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though I decided against maid service, the maid left a bag of towels, shampoo, etc. The only complaint is the elevator. One of them wasn't working at all and the other was very small and extremely slow. It also kept stopping on the wrong floor. I was a little apprehensive about using it because I was scared it might get stuck in between floors. The elevator also had no fan in it which made it very hot.”

“Staff was not attentive to guest needs. Rooms were run down. Fridge was broken. Door key never worked when we returned to our room. Had to re-key every time. Late night front desk staff seemed to find it amusing. Added wed to travel dates and hotel shifted our original Thursday Sunday dates which were paid in full to wed-sat. When we asked for room service on sat they told us we had to check out b/c the room was only paid for three nights. I explained that I paid for wed upon arrival w/ my credit card. There were no additional charges for wed night so someone at the front desk made a mistake and our early departure was the consequence.”

“This hotel is in a great location in myrtle beach. If you have kids it is very close to all the entertainment they can handle. In door and out door pools are great, right on the beach and not far from the pier. If they make some spring time repairs this hotel could move up in stars.”

“I enjoyed the view, which was what I was going for, and that was well-worth the stay. But finding three things totally wrong soon after checking in really worried me. I even wondered if they changed the sheets since the balcony was filthy and the shower was clogged up. Then I wondered if they even cleaned the shower floor. I tried to use the phone to make a local call, but the phone would not work! Then after telling them I wanted my money back and was going somewhere else, they fixed everything fairly quickly.”

“The pool needed to be cleaned and the Jacuzzi too. The breakfast wasn't much at all. The room wasn't very clean such as bird poop all over the deck outside, the shower wasn't very good not much pressure at all.”
