• Location, view of ocean, kiddie pool, and entertainment.
• Rooms need update, very poor cleaning. Indoor round hot tubs are moldy.

“Location is A+. Room needs major update, old TV, limited cable stations, no VCR, DVD or game system. Bowling really needs repair. The pool is great. Lazy river needs work, too lazy. Must get out of tube or paddle to move anywhere. New kiddie pool, very nice. Outdoor spa is nice. Indoor square spa is nice. Indoor has 2 round spas, are very bad. Moldy and smell. Breakfast is a buffet, good but same food everyday. Maid service is very bad, will leave clean towels and empty trash, but nothing else. Entertainment every night and is a lot of fun. I must tell you, we had no problems at this hotel and as a group of 50 we took up a lot of rooms. I just think if they work on some of the issues this could be a very nice hotel. I loved Myrtle Beach and if this hotel (Resort) made some changes to the good, I would stay there again.”

• The bowling alley was a plus with the windy weather.
• No indoor children's pool and the activity center were closed.

“They were remodeling and there was a problem with the bathrooms. But, it was fixed promptly. The heated indoor pool was very comfortable. The staff was courteous and very helpful. We received a late check out without any problems or cost.”

• It has a bowling alley in it, and it was in the right spot for the bike fest.
• The elevators took a long time.

“This hotel is good if you just want to get away for the weekend or if you are attending the bike fest. It has lots for you to do there.”

• Kid-friendly atmosphere.
• Maid service inconsistent.

“We have stayed here before and enjoyed the family-type atmosphere, especially the amenities for the kids, bowling alley, game room, pools and kids inside play set The bowling alley is a great idea to take your kids, but it constantly has to be reset. Hotel staff were very friendly but missed the mark when I inquired upstairs whether the ATM was back in service (bowling alley does not take credit cards nor do they allow charges to your room). I was told that the ATM was fixed only to find out it was not. I was told I would have to go across the street to another hotel to obtain some cash. Not a big deal, but I would think they would have signs up in the hotel/bowling alley that they do not accept plastic. I was told that the absence of any card logos on the doors should have cued me about the cash only policy.”

• Everything was wonderful! Rooms, Views, Pools, Entertainment, Staff, etc.....

“This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and me blindly choosing this motel of the internet could not have worked out any better! The rooms were very nice the staff very friendly and for a family vacation you could not ask for more! Great beach views, Great entertainment, Wonderful choice of pools and the lazy river! My children loved the karokee some nights and the entertainment the other nights was wonderful! Amazing choice for the value! Will stay many more times in the future! Now my kids if we say vacation thats where they want to go! They don't say Myrtle Beach they say Coral Beach! lol! ”
