• You're are right on the beach!
• Not a lot of parking in front of the hotel.

“I would just like to make it known that this place is not a dump. My husband and I just went there in August '09 and stayed for four days. I was so scared after reading the reviews on this place that I was miserable the whole ride there just thinking about how awful it was going to be. My husband tried to tell me that the people who write these reviews are too picky and that it would be fine. And it was. I mean lets get real, for this price you are not getting the Hilton, but hello, you know that going into it. Our room was not smelly or dirty in any way. It was just the right size. I mean it was small but if you are at the beach and you are spending all of your time in the room you need to get a life and enjoy your vacation. So for all of you that read these and get worried like me. Don't listen to these people. If you want the Hilton go stay at the Hilton. If you want a descent room for a good price that is right on the beach you should stay here. It is definitely an older hotel and it probably could use some renovations but seriously for the money it is really a steal. It was a great find for us. I mean give me a break, someone actually wrote that the hallway walls were dirty. Who cares!? It's OUTSIDE! Any way this was a great find for us and we really enjoyed our stay and we saved so much on the room that we were able to have more fun going out at night and shopping.”

“This hotel is horrible! Rooms were dirty and smelly. The building walls and walkway are dirty. Bathroom isn't big enough for one person. Please just pay the extra money and stay somewhere nice.”

• Location was good.
• Room was disgusting.

“Our room smelled. The bath tub was disgusting and would not drain. We had only cold water. We had to move to another hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone!”
