“This hotel was a pit! It was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable. The area was somewhat concerning and to top it off their television did not get NBC and this was during the Summer Olympics. I would never stay in an Econolodge again. For that matter, I hope that I never have occasion to return to Johnstown, PA. In my opinion, this hotel was not worth the price.”

“Over all I had a great stay I only need to be there for one night so to really say a whole lot I would have had to stay longer. But the room was clean and everyone was friendly.”

“Disgusted does not even begin to describe it! I walked into the room, which was smoking as I am a smoker and even I almost gagged at how smoky the room smelled. I turned the heat on immediately and it did not get warm until four hours later! (it was apron -5 degrees outside that night) we left to get something to eat and just to get out of there as the room did not even look inviting and we could hear the people in the room across the hall. I didn't even eat anything because I was so disgusted. When we returned we entered our room and shut the door. I turned the TV on and laid down to attempt to fall asleep when I herd the people across the hall again. I had enough and was extremely aggravated so I called the front desk to complain. The woman said she would ask them to keep the noise down and it finally stopped at 2am! There were also young people (maybe teenagers) down the hall drinking and being loud in the hallways. I am only 28 and I like to have a good time also but this was just the worst experience Iżve had and I have stayed at 5 star resorts as well as many, many budget hotels. I actually cried while I was trying to fall asleep here I truly felt dirty being here. I felt as though I was in a drug and prostitution house. I know it sounds extreme but I have never had any stay at any place that even comes close to this one! Horrible! We cut our trip short because of the establishment.”
