Location was close to my destination.
Cost was high, Security Guards stood in walkway talking Loudly at night.

“This hotel was nearly $100/night, the rooms were too small for the price. The staff stayed for my late arrival, but office was locked up and she left before we were in the room, so I could not get assistance if I did needed. Coffee brewer was broken, it was replaced with a broken one as well. Supposed Cable TV offered only a very few channels: local and weather - quality poor. Security was good and obvious, but on the first night the guard stood in common area outside of rooms speaking/laughing loudly with friends, well after midnight. Landscape was very pretty.”
