• Should have 2 queen beds.

• Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast. Lots of pillows!
• There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel, it was great!

“This was a perfect place to stay. Location was superb. The friendly staff made us feel welcome. The bed was piled with soft pillows. The free breakfast with blueberry waffles, real whipped butter and honey, and strawberry Dannon yogurt made me feel right at home.”

• The bed was to hard! Heating, unit didn't work properly.

• Very clean, breakfast had omelets; great idea!
• Bathroom lighting - unflattering. I check-out feeling ugly.

“Very clean, lovely accommodations, extremely friendly/helpful staff! Convenient location directly off highway. Would definitely recommend; I'd stay here again! Only downside, which seems to be common among hotels lately, is the (energy-saving?) bathroom lighting - very unflattering, takes me longer to get ready/check-out!”

• Booked non smoking not available. Wouldn't move me later.

“Conveniently located North Durham. Excellent parking and expressway access. Great breakfast and lounge area. Small but well equipped business centre. Good Wi-Fi throughout. Professional but somewhat inflexible staff. Quite busy. Quiet, good for business traveler. Rooms laid out very well with desk, window etc.”

• It seemed very clean and nice.
• One of the cleaning ladies knocked on my door at 8:00 am.

• The breakfast was great!
• The gym machines.

“I would stay there again. The treadmill and stepper needs to be changed but I have to workout daily to keep my health in check. The breakfast was great. My kids did well there. The location of the pool was not good. They should have put it in the back away from the traffic. Overall I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.”

• Room was clean; bed linens looked very clean (white bedspread) and sheets were soft.
• No toiletries for guests if you forgot something.

“I thought the hotel was good. Like I said, the bed linens were clean, so was the bathroom. Didn't like that I was placed on a smoking floor, although the room didn't smell too terrible. Free breakfast was great!”

• Truly Non smoking rooms!
• In the bath tab water stayed and didn't drain on its on until my husband put pen in there.

• Customer service was awesome, excellent breakfast!
• Only 1 restaurant within walking distance.

“Customer service was excellent, went above and beyond my expectations. Complimentary breakfast featured a lot of items, even hot items. Conveniently located off I-85 and easy to get to. Very close to Duke.”

• Lots of pillows and very attractive room.
• The sink stopper was broken.

“I would highly recommend it. It had everything I wanted: breakfast, easy to get to room, great location, and an exercise room. It has an outdoor pool too for summer travelers.”

“The quality was definitely worthy of two stars. Even though it was next to the highway, it was very quiet. The room was fine. The breakfast bar, included in the price, was the best I have ever experienced.”

• The room was great, the new beds at the Hampton were wonderful!
• The hallway kind of smelled.

“The rooms were wonderful and neat, the beds were very comfortable. It was much more like being at home, I slept great!”
