• The management responded to our needs very promptly.
• The property needs repair.

“It was convenient, the price was reasonable and the benefits offered were reasonable. It was quiet and I felt safe.”

• The price.
• The towels were dirty. The shower did not work properly, The exterior of the hotel was terrible.

“This hotel was okay for the price, the staff seemed indifferent to the customers, the outside of the hotel and the parking lot need a lot of work. The towels left in the bathroom were dirty, they seemed to have been left from the previous guest. The shower did not work properly because the switch was broken. I expected much more from a hotel that had received two stars. In the future I will stay somewhere else.”

“The parking lot had so many potholes in it. I was afraid that my rental car was going to get damaged so I drove really slow.”

• It was run down, dirty, and no service in the lobby.

“This was the worst hotel I have seen. It was dirty and run down and the parking lot was torn up. I waited for 45 min in the lobby to check in and even walked outside looking for someone. This hotel only acvied a 84 in a state sanitation audit. After seeming all of this we left and did not stay. We instead stayed at a Comfort Inn.”

• I really need more that 20 words to give an accurate description of my experience.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was not pleased with the accommodations. I am aware that this was an economy room, I really don't believe that it had to be that dirty and smelly.”

• It was reasonably priced an convenient.
• It was not very clean and the beds were terribly uncomfortable.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The door was broken in the first room we were put in and would not lock adequately. I did not notice this until we were going out to eat that evening. The guy at the desk at first did not want to give us another room, but I insisted. Neither room was very clean and the beds and pillows were terrible.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's neither safe nor clean. The staff is useless. The room was not smelling good. The bathroom was in terrible condition. There was rust and holes in the ceiling. The hotel's location is very scary. It isn't lit well at all. The parking lot is a big pot hole. I'll never stay at another Howard Johnson's Hotel.”

• It was a place to sleep.
• The heater did not warm the room and kept turning on and off all night.

“If we had known what kind of place this hotel was going to be, we would have picked another one to go to.”

“This was not what was to be expected from a Howard Johnson. The room although clean was still not 100%. I had to rinse the shower myself because there was hair from the quest before us. The floor in the bathroom had dirty shoe prints also, and we did not feel safe at all. There is only 1 restaurant near the hotel. There were nothing in the vending machines so we had to drive to a store to even get a drink.”

• Really, they were rude and the hotel was unacceptable. I didn't stay there. I moved on.
• I had to book another hotel because it was not acceptable for hourly stays.

“When I came up to the hotel, it didn't look good at all. I went into a smoking room (when I requested non smoking), the room looks like a college dorm room. Cigarettes rubbed into the ground, TV didn't work, AC didn't work well, on the bed, and above all else, cockroaches across the bathroom floor.”
