• The location was close to mall and restaurants in area.
• No room service and buffet only for breakfast at 10.00 per person and dark parking lot with limited parking and did I mention dark.

“The rooms were clean but small. Micro/fridge were a plus. No room service buffet only for breakfast. Not everyone eats buffet. 3-stars usually offer rest on site and/or room service. Kids got hungry & wanted to order in not able to do so. Parking is limited to the dark back side of hotel. Key did not work and we were advised to enter from dark parking lot which we had no choice since parking was limited.”

• Friendly staff.
• No continental breakfast. Expensive breakfast buffet.

“Very nice hotel. Very comfortable beds. We would stay again. Staff was very polite and helpful.”

• Easy access.
• Housekeeping woke us up at 9 AM and never came back.

“They woke us up at 9am to clean our room. They never came back. On the 2nd evening we were locked out of the back entrance and had to walk to the front to get our key reprogrammed. The Internet service was wired and located right in front of the air conditioner. The person on the computer had to freeze in order for others to be comfortable. I won't stay there again ever.”

• It was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and nice.
• The room was tiny.

“Overall very accommodating, clean and professional. I liked the free coffee in the lobby 24/7 and the computers in lobby were a plus the room (king) was kind of tiny and the sofa was not so comfortable. Yet still, overall was nice.”

• Clean.
• Internet access is terrible. Support is terrible as well. Paying for continental breakfast if a quality hotel is unwarranted.

“Hotel does not have wireless internet access. The cable access did not work. Support calls were greeted by "due to high volume of calls our support staff is busy. After three tries and 37 minutes in hold, support (apparently from India) had me climbing under the desk, removing power cables, etc. They either should have quality service that does not result in a high volume of calls or sufficient support personal to handle the traffic. Even economy hotels offer free continental breakfast. Paying for that at a 2 1/2 star hotel is unwarranted.”

• Room was nice and staff was great.
• There may not be enough parking for the number of rooms in this hotel.

“The rooms are maintained nicely; the air conditioning/heating is controlled in each room individually; the staff was not only helpful but very cheerful and concerned about the customers. The overall environment was quiet, which was conducive to a peaceful and restful stay.”

• They were not rude when they sent me away.
• False Advertising on the Web.

“When my family and I got there with our pet they told me "No Pets Allowed". I was expecting a nice hotel where I could bring my dog and instead I spent half of my day finding a new hotel myself.”

• Lousy beds, rude staff, poor setup.
