• The room was nice and I would stay again.
• There were too much fussing so you could not get any sleep, and the person at the desk could have been nicer.

“This is a good place to stay but when you are greeted in the evening I do like to see a person with a smile on her face and not a sour acting person.”

• Not one thing.
• Trash.

“I did not stay at this hotel I called and stop booking for this place. Was nasty, full of drunks and whores. All were outside the door drinking and caring on, I walked in and told the manager I had to book a room here and wanted to stop it because of what was going on outside his door and he replied those are my weekly customers and they keep coming back all the time and I will take care of them for they are here always. The clerk told me to call the travel agent and stop the service from them that he could not. I do not recommend this place for anyone. Regards Phyllis.”

• The desk clerk, housekeeper and manager were very nice. The headboard fell and the staff responded immediately.
• Entry way and elevator were not pleasant to the eyes contained trash. Bathtub looked soiled, but was clean.

“The staff was very nice. The elevator was dirty. The doors slam when customers leave the room. I heard doors slam late into the night and noisy neighbors with children in the hall passed 10:00 pm. The tub had a soiled look to it, but it had been cleaned. I bought cleaning supplies just to make sure and the soiled look would not come clean. Breakfast was provided which was nice. My family and I didn't take advantage of that offer, but it was a very nice gesture. I still had an overall good stay because this hotel was located within minutes from the beach and other attractions. The hotel staff provided immediate assistant when the headboard fell off the wall. The fixed the problem the next morning.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty, blanket on bed had holes in it. Hotel needs remodeled.

“When we checked in, we were given a key for room 211. We unlocked the door to find an unmade room from previous guests. The air conditioner was off and the room smelled terrible. We returned to the front desk and told the desk clerk. We told him that we didn't care to stay at the hotel. He told us that without 72 hours notice, we would be charged for the room even if we didn't stay there. He apologized and gave us a key to room 216. That room was made up and the air conditioner was on. The room did have an odor to it, the blankets on the beds had holes in them from wear. The hotel, in general, needs to be remodeled. This was our worst experience.”

• The Location.
• There was water leaking down through the ceiling and mold on ceiling.

“The staff was friendly but the room had water leaking down through the ceiling and a musty smell due to the water coming down through ceiling also there was mold growing on the ceiling due to the leaking ceiling. For the price we paid to stay there I was very disappointed.”
