“This hotel was old & tired. Dirty. The lock was broken on my door. Dog barking across the hall. I stay 60 nights a year in hotels, usually Triple A rated.”

“If you like mildew, stained bedding, stained carpeting, aged & much worn furniture. This is the hotel for you. We stayed in a top floor, Jacuzzi suite and the room could've used a thorough cleaning & remodel. As we stepped out onto the balcony to see the view, we were greeted by nets (nasty little swarm of bugs). The slider didn't even have a screen door, so we couldn't even turn the a/c off to let in the cool breeze. Beware; the room rate may make you curious to reserve. You are better off to check the room which will be available for you, and make up your mind then or just go to another hotel on Victoria Ave, which is closer to the falls. There isn't any shuttle services either, so be prepared to get your exercise, whether you want it or not.”

“Would not recommend this hotel. Stains on the bedspread, spots on the carpet, old, worn and dirty furniture, mildew on the sliding door and no screen door on the slider, were a few things which turned us off of this hotel. We removed our bedspread and were removed, by cleaning staff, from floor after second day. No compensation offered!”

“We went on our honeymoon-not a good idea; the rooms were more set up to be for business travelers. We even got the "best" room with Jacuzzi. The room didn't even have a fridge or microwave, even the $30 hotel have both or one. The pool was very small, all day it was packed with mostly kids, the only time we could go was in the middle of the night, thank god it was open. But then, once we got there it wasn't very clean, so we only went that one time. There is laundry service but you have to send out and pay for it, and no Laundromat, like it said. The balcony was very small, and didn't even have one chair on it. The shower was very small also. The room was large but wasted space. The hotel was about 15 min walking distance to the falls, it is not even close to falls view, and it is in the "Falls view" district, which is just a name of the area, not literally. The parking per night was $9, which we knew about, but once you look around town you could definitely find a hotel better and cheaper. Most of the hotels don't charge for parking, and if they do it's only up to $5, and a lot of them even include breakfast at a nearby restaurant. I would definitely not recommend this hotel; there are a lot better hotels around town cheaper, and nicer.”
