• The hotel gave me a discount for the problems.
• The room was not ready at check in. It was not cleaned properly. (Sand on the floor, microwave dirty with dinner inside). Rocks in pool.

“There was a lady that approached me upon arrival trying to sell a Burger King Card. She appeared to be on drugs. The room was not ready for check in. The pool contain rocks. The microwave in the room had a dinner left inside. The housekeeping was poor.”
