• It was nice.
• There was a lot of construction in the area and it required back tracking to get to it.

• Nothing!
• Double room booked was not available.

“Arrived after midnight only to discover no parking except on the motel side away from room. When reached room discovered one small single. No double as reserved and paid for! Did not have another room. Left and found another motel at 1:00 am. Desk clerk was very rude and not helpful. Informed me that reservations were not HIS problem. The final straw with Hampton. Will never use either again!”

• Location.
• I was placed in a smoking room and it smelled terrible. Rooms are below standard needs face lift.

“The location is good. The hotel is older and in need of a face lift. The rooms were old and did not meet the standard. The breakfast area was so small it overflowed into the lobby and check out area.”

• The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast offered many choices and the hours were convenient. Lobby computer wonderful idea.
• It would be nice if the pool were open earlier than 10 am.

“The lobby entrance is attractive. The new laptop computer in the lobby provided access to email that was appreciated. The staff was always pleasant and accomodating. A small exercise room would have been a nice additional feature. Checking in and out was very easy.”

• It was clean, everyone was very friendly.
• They ran out of cream cheese

“The Hampton Inn had a nice size room with a king size bed. They have wireless internet available. They had a nice breakfast except they ran out of some food items the second day we were there.”
